Beef or Game Chili
INGREDIENTS:
4 lbs. Meat (Beef, Venison, or Elk) ground
1 ea. Diced onions
3 - 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes
1 - 6oz Can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Garlic
1 level tsp. Cayenne powder
2 heaping tbsp. Diced jalapeno peppers
William's chili mix
2 crushed bay leaves
½ heaping tsp. Thyme
1 heaping tbsp. Sage
1heaping tsp Oregano
½ heaping tsp sweet basil

Sear ground meat & onions in frying pan with a touch of vegetable oil. Add all can goods and seared meat and onions to a stock pot. Add spices, Simmer 3-4 hours or until chili acquires consistency. Cover with shredded cheddar cheese.
